On 7 December 2025, ADHAR proudly celebrated the Madhavrao Gore Seva Gaurav National Award 2025 at Kohinoor Hall, Dadar East. This prestigious honour was instituted in 2024, during the birth centenary of our Founder Chairman, Late Shri Madhavrao Gore, to recognise exemplary service in the disability sector across India.
Honouring Excellence
The award was conferred upon Navkshitij, Pune for their outstanding work in empowering individuals with intellectual disabilities. It was presented by ADHAR Chairman and Trustees to Dr. Chandrashekhar Desai, President of Navkshitij, and Prof. Smita Shetty, Managing Trustee, along with representatives of Navkshitij who joined the celebration. The grand ceremony was graced by nearly 200 attendees, including parents, dignitaries, and corporate representatives, making it a truly memorable occasion.

The event also shone a spotlight on the Top 6 shortlisted NGOs whose tireless efforts continue to uplift lives and strengthen the nationwide movement toward inclusion and dignity:
A Tribute in Music
In a heartfelt tribute to our Founder, who cherished the golden era of music, the program was enriched by “Suron Ka Safar” presented by Swargandhar. Featuring iconic singers Mr. Alok Katdare and Mrs. Sonali Karnik, the soulful renditions of evergreen classics were organized in remembrance of Late Shri Madhavrao Gore, adding grace, joy, and emotional depth to the national celebration.
