On 24 June 2026, ADHAR inaugurated its newly developed 52-bedded Male Dormitory at the Badlapur campus. The project was made possible through the generous support of Chellaram Foundation, reinforcing ADHAR’s commitment to providing safe, dignified, and lifelong residential care for adults with intellectual disabilities.

The dormitory was inaugurated by Dr. Ashok Gavande, Guest of Honour, in the presence of ADHAR Trustees, staff members, supporters, and members of the ADHAR family.

Designed with the comfort and well-being of its residents in mind, the new facility offers a safe, spacious, well-ventilated, and nurturing living environment. The dormitory has been developed to enhance the quality of residential care by providing a secure and inclusive space where adults with intellectual disabilities can live with dignity, belonging, and peace of mind.

The addition of this modern residential facility is part of ADHAR’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its infrastructure and create an environment that promotes independence, well-being, and lifelong support for its residents.
