- Awarded as “Best Institution” for providing holistic comprehensive services to the persons with disabilities. The award was conferred by His Excellency Shri Pranab Mukherjee President of India on 3rd Dec, 2014 at Vigyan bhavan New Delhi.
- Awarded as ”Best Parents’ Association” for 2006-07 on 26/9/2007 by The National Trust – (An Autonomous body of Ministry of Social Justice& empowerment, Govt. of India)
- “Indradhanu – Maharashtra Times Thane Manbindu Puraskar” during “Rangotsav 2014” on 7th Dec. 2014 Organised by Reputed & prestigious Group of Art lovers called Indradhanu active from last 28 years. They produced more than 500 programmes, most of them were concept based and the original creations. More than 2500 dignitaries in the field of literature, art, music, cinema, drama, science, social services etc have graced the dias of Indradhanu.

- Inauguration of Adhar Satara Project on 17th April 2024 at the hands of Mrs. Pooja Bora of Alfa Biomed & Mr. Shrikrishna Godbole of Alfa Enterprises.
- Inauguration of Female Dormitory for 60 female residents supported by BNP Foundation on 14th September 2024 at the hands of Shri Sanjay Singh Head of Territory & CEO of BNP Paribas India.
- On 24th November 2024, launch of the ‘Madhavrao Gore Seva Gaurav Award.’ This national award is a groundbreaking initiative to honor nonprofits for exemplary contributions in the field of Intellectual Disability, preserving the visionary ideals of our Founder, Mr. Madhav G. Gore.
- Inauguration of Biogas funded by Rotary Club of Juhu at Badlapur
- Inauguration of 40 KLD Sewage Treatment Plant Project at Adhar Badlapur funded by HDFC ERGO General Insurance Co. Ltd. on 16th March 2023. Rachana Dogra & Dhanalaxmi mudaliar were present from HDFC ERGO

- Inauguration of ‘Solar Energy Project’ Sponsored by BNP Foundation on 6th 2023 at Adhar Nashik
- Bhoomipoojan of Adhar’s 3rd unit at Gat No. 922, Harpalwadi, Tal. Karad, Dist. Satara on Auspitious day of Ramnavami on 30th March 2023. The 4 acre land is donated by Mrs. Pooja Abhijit Bora from Pune.
- Bio-gas plant inaugurated on 4th March 2023 at Adhar Badlapur supported by Rotary Club of Mumbai Juhu
- Automatic Chapati making machine installed at Badlapur sponsored by Rotary Club of Mumbai Royals on 11th March 2023
- Each & every team member of Adhar put in tremendous efforts & accepted the challenges to save the children fight against the uncertainty of COVID 19.
- 2 doses of COVID vaccination of residents & staff is completed at Badlapur & Nashik Units.

- Our beloved Chairman received a prestigious award as “Entrepreneurship with Social Relevance” on 29th July 2018 on the occasion of celebration of 25th Entrepreneurs Day organized by ‘Entrepreneurs International’.
- Chairman Mr. Vishwas Gore felicitated with “Inspired Award” by Parivartan for selfless services towards specially abled adults & inspiring others as well.
- Grand entry in 25th silver Jubilee year in Jan. 2018. While celebrating the silver jubilee year Adhar has organise & participate in many programs to create the awareness about the cause & to showcase the work of Adhar. Entire year was celebrated with full of Joy & enthusiasm with residents, staff, parents, donors & wellwishers.
- Adhar has revamped & re-launched its website & face book page with new features, various download options, online donation facility etc.
- US consulate General, Mumbai Mr. Edgard D. Kagan visited Adhar Badlapur on 17th Jan 2019 on the occasion of 25th anniversary day of Adhar.
- New Recreation Hall & male dormitory sponsored by CDSL started functioning.
- New Precious Vocational Training Centre & administrative office building at Adhar Badlapur Sponsored by Central Depository Services (India) Ltd. was inaugurated & started functioning.
- Open area between Vocational Training Centre & recreation Hall covered with tensile Cloth with the support of Blue Cross laboratories Ltd.
- Become self sufficient for water requirement with the purchase of 1 guntha land with open well at Adhar Nashik with the support of one of the wellwishers of Adhar
- Installation of 3 Phase connection of MSEB for uninterrupted Electric Supply at Adhar Nashik.
- Bust of Beloved Founder ‘Late Shri M. G. Gore’ was installed & unveiled at Adhar Badlapur Campus on the occasion of 17th Death Anniversary Day

- New approach Road to Adhar Nashik Project inaugurated on 14th June 2023.
- The year was announced as “Birth Centenary Year of our Beloved Founder Chairman Late Shri Madhavrao Gore” from 23rd November 2023 till 23rd November 2024
- Inauguration of “Adhar Senior Citizens Home” on 13th 2021.
- Inauguration of Digital Classroom at Adhar Nashik on 15th June 2021
- Adhar has extended its wings by supporting 2 institutions named Sahawas Bahuddeshiya Sanstha, Sonabardi, Jalgaon & Dnyanprabodhan matimand Niwasi Vidyalay, Korti, Solapur to achieve sustainable growth & scaleup their activities under Adhar’s umbrella. Basically our aim is to reach out to poor & economically needy parents from remote rural area through these institutions.
- Decision of creating ‘Senior Citizens Home’ at Pimpalgaon Dukra, Nashik.
- Security & supervision strengthen at Adhar Nashik & Badlapur by installing CCTV cam with the support of Village Development Council, London.
- Association is rewarded by “Spirit of Humanity”- 8th Annual Award for “Excellent Contribution in the field of Disability” instituted by ‘Americares India’ on 14th 2017.
- Adhar was presented “Kevin & Hilda Fernandes Prolife Award” for “Promoting Life Giving Love to the Mentally Handicapped” on 15th 2017.
- Proud to enter successfully in Silver Jubilee year in Jan 2018 & it gives us a rich history of the knowledge & experience to with other institutions in the field.
- Purchase of New Ambulance cum Multipurpose Vehicle for Adhar Nashik sponsored by Me-Hin Group
- “Sensory Garden” was inaugurated at Adhar Badlapur on the occasion of 18th death anniversary of Founder Late Shri M. G. Gore
- Completion of the Adhar Nashik Project with all infrastructure facilities for 100 special adults celebrated with the inauguration of residential dormitories 3 & 4.
- Total Iron Beds & cotton mattresses replaced with stainless steel beds & quire mattresses for 200 residents of Adhar Badlapur with the support of Rizwan Adatia foundation
- 100 pretreated beds & coir mattresses for Adhar Nashik unit was sponsored by Indoco remedies Ltd. & Village Development Council, London.
- Two of our already constructed infrastructure facilities 1. Recreation Hall 2. Medical / Special care unit were sponsored by Blue cross Laboratories Ltd. & Podar Tyres accordingly.
- Ladies dormitory started functioning with the transfer of 5 female residents from Badlapur & 2 new admissions. The Rothe Erde India Pvt. Ltd. has contributed for the construction cost of Female Dormitory.
- Installation of 40 KVA KirloskarDG Set at Adhar Badlapur sponsored by Central depository Services (India) Ltd.
- 42 seater Tata City Ride Bus sponsored by Central depository Services (India) Ltd. for Adhar Badlapur
- Laundry Project completed & started functioning at Adhar Nashik with the support of Indoco remedies Ltd.
- Association has completed its 20 years of services to mentally challenged adults & their parents.
